Within 3 days of receiving the products(s) we must be notified of the refund or return, we understand timing is of the essence and would like to get the situation rectified as quickly as possible without any further inconvenince to you. If the product received is defective in any way we will issue a full refund or exchange the product(s) once they have been returned to us. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return or exchange is a result of our error (receiving an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the exchange or return is not our error you will be responsible for the return shipment. We check every product before sending to insure they are in the best quality, but we also know in some cases the products may become defective during transport etc. which is no fault of the transporter. We will process your refund as quickly as possible however, this process may take weeks. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
